- Turn left 90° and left low block, left walking stance (left foot forward)
- Step forward into a right walking stance (right foot forward), right middle section punch.
- Pick up the right foot and turn right 180° into a right walking stance, right low block.
- Step forward into a left walking stance, left middle section punch.
- Pick up the left foot and turn left 90° into a left walking stance, left low block.
- Step forward into a right walking stance, right middle section punch.
- Pick up the right foot and turn right 180° into a right walking stance, right low block.
- Step forward into a left walking stance, left middle section punch.
- Pick up the left foot and turn left 90° into a right “L†stance (left foot forward) and left inner forearm block.
- Step forward into a right walking stance, right middle section punch.
- Pick up the right foot and turn right 180° into a left “L†stance (right foot forward) and right inner forearm block.
- Step forward into a left walking stance, left middle section punch.
- Pick up the left foot and turn left 90° into a right “L†stance (left foot forward) and left inner forearm block.
- Step forward into a right walking stance, right middle section punch.
- Pick up the right foot and turn right 180° into a left “L†stance (right foot forward) and right inner forearm block.
